Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Please note: our products are not returnable. We offer exchange only, within 3 days of delivery.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible through the website.
For approved cancellations on prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns on any product. Shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, treatments, serums and creams are personal care items and cannot be taken back once they leave our warehouse, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Because there are no returns, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, or "no longer needed".

An exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days cannot be accepted.
Exchange is available only if the product delivered is damaged, leaked, expired, or different from what you ordered.
The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
An unboxing video and clear photographs of the product and the outer packing are required. Please record the parcel being opened — without this, a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed.
Approved exchanges are replaced with the same product. If the same product is out of stock, we will share the available options with you.
If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, the product must be securely self-shipped to our registered address.

Share your order number, the unboxing video and photographs of the issue.
Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange pickup or share the address to ship it back.

Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Minor differences in packaging, batch, shade or fragrance are not considered defects.
Free gifts and promotional items are not exchangeable.
