Does a serum actually repair hair, or just coat it?
It coats — and that is genuinely useful, so we will not dress it up. A serum smooths the cuticle, seals moisture in, blocks humidity, cuts frizz and adds shine and slip. It does not rebuild the inside of the hair. For structural repair you want a bond builder or a protein treatment.
Do the silicones cause build-up or damage?
More nuanced than the internet suggests. Silicones do not damage hair; heavier non-soluble ones can build up if you never use a clarifying wash. A clarifying shampoo every few weeks handles it. The smoothing and heat-protection benefit is real and immediate.
How much should be used?
Far less than most people use — 2 to 4 drops for mid-length hair, 5 to 6 for long, thick hair. Warm it between the palms and apply to mid-lengths and ends only, never the scalp. Too much is the only way to make hair look greasy with a serum.
Wet hair or dry hair?
Both work and do slightly different things. On damp hair before blow-drying it acts as a heat buffer and shapes the finish. On dry hair it is a finishing product for flyaways and shine. Many stylists use a little at both stages.
Can it be used daily?
Yes, in small amounts. If hair starts looking flat or greasy, reduce the quantity rather than the frequency, and use a clarifying wash occasionally.
Is it safe after a keratin or nanoplastia treatment?
Yes, and it is a sensible pairing — a serum keeps the smoothing result looking sleek and adds humidity protection. Wait until the initial no-touch period on the treatment has passed.
Do you give salon and bulk rates?
Yes. Rates from 5 pieces upward are not listed on the site — they are shared on WhatsApp only. Send us the product and the quantity and you will get a rate back, usually within 10 minutes.
How fast is delivery, and do you ship across India?
All-India delivery in 3–6 days, shipped from Delhi. Delivery is ₹120 within Delhi, ₹149 for most of India, and ₹199 for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands — free on every order above ₹4,000. Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are both available.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video and photos, and we will arrange an exchange. Please record the parcel being opened — without that video a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed. Products are not returnable for change of mind.
Are these genuine, and can I see the documentation?
Yes. We deal directly in these brands and can share the Safety Data Sheet, batch details and manufacturing and expiry dates for any product before you buy. Just ask on WhatsApp — for a professional buyer that is a reasonable thing to want, and we would rather you check.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Ask us for the manufacturing and expiry dates of the batch in stock before a large order. Store unopened bottles upright, cool, dark and dry, away from direct sunlight and away from the styling station — Indian summer heat genuinely degrades professional actives. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack, and discard anything that separates, thickens or changes smell.
