How to use
- Shake well. Pour one entire 20 ml ampoule into a small bowl, add 80 ml of water and stir gently — it transforms into a rich cream.

What is a hair spa, exactly?
A salon ritual rather than a single product: cleanse, a massage with a conditioning spa cream, usually steam to help penetration, then rinse. It targets scalp comfort, dryness and dullness, and it is as much a relaxation service as a treatment.
How is it different from using a mask at home?
The product is similar in spirit; the difference is the massage, the steam and the professional application. Steam opens the cuticle so the cream works deeper, and the scalp massage is a real part of the benefit.
How often?
Once or twice a month for most hair; fortnightly for very dry or chemically treated hair. It is a maintenance service, not a repair service.
Will it fix hair fall or dandruff?
No. It can improve scalp comfort and reduce dryness-related flaking, and better scalp condition is never a bad thing — but hair fall and true dandruff are medical issues. Do not sell it as a cure for either.
Is it safe after a smoothing treatment?
Yes, once the wait period is over. Keep it as a gentle conditioning service and avoid aggressive clarifying, which would strip the treatment.
Do you give salon and bulk rates?
Yes. Rates from 5 pieces upward are not listed on the site — they are shared on WhatsApp only. Send us the product and the quantity and you will get a rate back, usually within 10 minutes.
How fast is delivery, and do you ship across India?
All-India delivery in 3–6 days, shipped from Delhi. Delivery is ₹120 within Delhi, ₹149 for most of India, and ₹199 for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands — free on every order above ₹4,000. Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are both available.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video and photos, and we will arrange an exchange. Please record the parcel being opened — without that video a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed. Products are not returnable for change of mind.
Are these genuine, and can I see the documentation?
Yes. We deal directly in these brands and can share the Safety Data Sheet, batch details and manufacturing and expiry dates for any product before you buy. Just ask on WhatsApp — for a professional buyer that is a reasonable thing to want, and we would rather you check.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Ask us for the manufacturing and expiry dates of the batch in stock before a large order. Store unopened bottles upright, cool, dark and dry, away from direct sunlight and away from the styling station — Indian summer heat genuinely degrades professional actives. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack, and discard anything that separates, thickens or changes smell.
