How is a mask different from a conditioner?
A conditioner is a quick surface smoother used after every wash. A mask is more concentrated, sits for 5–20 minutes and works deeper into the cuticle. Use conditioner routinely and a mask once or twice a week — a mask does not replace daily conditioning.
How often should it be used?
Once or twice a week for most hair; up to three times for very dry, coloured or chemically treated hair. More is not better — over-conditioning weighs hair down and too much protein makes it stiff.
Protein mask or moisture mask — how do I choose?
If hair feels mushy, stretchy when wet and limp, it needs protein. If it feels rough, brittle, straw-like and snaps dry, it needs moisture. Most damaged hair needs both, alternated. If a protein mask makes hair feel stiffer, that is protein overload — switch to moisture for a few washes.
Can it be used after a smoothing treatment?
Yes, once the initial wait period is over, and it is recommended — a sulfate-free wash plus a weekly mask is the standard aftercare pair. Keep it off the scalp and concentrate on mid-lengths and ends.
How long should it be left on?
5 to 20 minutes depending on the product and hair condition; check the label. Leaving a mask on overnight does not help — the cuticle stops absorbing after a point and very long exposure can leave hair limp.
Is it safe for coloured hair?
Yes. Masks generally help coloured hair by sealing the cuticle, which slows fade. Rinse with cool water to close the cuticle.
Do you give salon and bulk rates?
Yes. Rates from 5 pieces upward are not listed on the site — they are shared on WhatsApp only. Send us the product and the quantity and you will get a rate back, usually within 10 minutes.
How fast is delivery, and do you ship across India?
All-India delivery in 3–6 days, shipped from Delhi. Delivery is ₹120 within Delhi, ₹149 for most of India, and ₹199 for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands — free on every order above ₹4,000. Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are both available.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video and photos, and we will arrange an exchange. Please record the parcel being opened — without that video a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed. Products are not returnable for change of mind.
Are these genuine, and can I see the documentation?
Yes. We deal directly in these brands and can share the Safety Data Sheet, batch details and manufacturing and expiry dates for any product before you buy. Just ask on WhatsApp — for a professional buyer that is a reasonable thing to want, and we would rather you check.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Ask us for the manufacturing and expiry dates of the batch in stock before a large order. Store unopened bottles upright, cool, dark and dry, away from direct sunlight and away from the styling station — Indian summer heat genuinely degrades professional actives. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack, and discard anything that separates, thickens or changes smell.
