How to use
- Take 10 ml of the shampoo and apply all over the head, spreading with the fingers.

Do I really need a sulfate-free shampoo after a treatment?
It is the standard professional recommendation and a sensible, low-risk one: harsh surfactants and high salt strip a smoothing treatment faster. Being straight with you, this rests on salon experience rather than controlled trials — but it costs nothing to follow and it is what every smoothing manufacturer specifies.
It does not lather much — is it even cleaning?
Yes. Lather comes from the surfactant type, not from cleaning power. Sulfate-free formulas use gentler surfactants that foam less but still remove oil and dirt. Use slightly more product, work it into the scalp rather than the lengths, and double-cleanse if the hair is oiled.
Is sulfate actually bad for hair?
The common claim is overstated. Sulfates are effective cleansers and are fine for most people; the real issue is that they strip a smoothing treatment faster and can irritate sensitive scalps. After a keratin or nanoplastia service, switching is worth it. In general, sulfates are not the villain they are marketed as.
How soon after a treatment can the client start washing?
Follow the treatment's protocol — usually 72 hours for keratin, 48–72 for nanoplastia, 24–48 for hair botox. After that, 2–3 washes a week is the sweet spot for making a treatment last. Daily washing is the fastest way to lose it.
Can it be used on hair that has not had a treatment?
Yes — it is a gentle professional shampoo and works for anyone. It is particularly good for coloured hair, dry or frizzy hair, and sensitive scalps.
Is it safe for coloured hair?
Yes, and generally better for colour than a standard sulfate shampoo, because gentler surfactants strip less dye. Wash in lukewarm rather than hot water to get the most out of it.
Do you give salon and bulk rates?
Yes. Rates from 5 pieces upward are not listed on the site — they are shared on WhatsApp only. Send us the product and the quantity and you will get a rate back, usually within 10 minutes.
How fast is delivery, and do you ship across India?
All-India delivery in 3–6 days, shipped from Delhi. Delivery is ₹120 within Delhi, ₹149 for most of India, and ₹199 for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands — free on every order above ₹4,000. Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are both available.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video and photos, and we will arrange an exchange. Please record the parcel being opened — without that video a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed. Products are not returnable for change of mind.
Are these genuine, and can I see the documentation?
Yes. We deal directly in these brands and can share the Safety Data Sheet, batch details and manufacturing and expiry dates for any product before you buy. Just ask on WhatsApp — for a professional buyer that is a reasonable thing to want, and we would rather you check.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Ask us for the manufacturing and expiry dates of the batch in stock before a large order. Store unopened bottles upright, cool, dark and dry, away from direct sunlight and away from the styling station — Indian summer heat genuinely degrades professional actives. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack, and discard anything that separates, thickens or changes smell.
