How to use

  1. With colour, bleach or straightening: add 10–20 ml of No.1 per 100 ml of your mixture and apply as usual.
  2. After the service, rinse, then apply No.2 generously from roots to ends. Leave on for at least 10 minutes (20–45 minutes for extremely damaged hair).
  3. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition as normal.

What does a bond builder actually do?
Bleach and strong chemical services break the disulfide bonds that give hair its strength. A bond builder works inside the hair during or after that service to relink or replace those broken bonds, so the hair comes out with far less of the mushy, snapping damage that lightening normally causes.
How is it different from a protein treatment or a mask?
A mask or conditioner coats the outside and makes hair feel better temporarily — it washes off. A protein treatment fills gaps in the cuticle. A bond builder targets the internal disulfide bonds specifically. They are not interchangeable, and a bond builder does not replace conditioning.
Do I need both No.1 and No.2?
Yes — they do different jobs. No.1 Bond Activator is mixed into the bleach, colour or chemical service so protection happens while the damage is being done. No.2 Bond Rebuilder goes on after shampooing to complete and lock the process. Using only one gives you part of the result.
Does it let me lift higher safely?
It materially improves the odds, and it is why many colourists can push a level further than they otherwise would — but it is protection, not permission. It does not make bleach harmless, and hair that is already over-processed can still break. Judge the hair, not the bottle.
Can it repair hair that is already damaged?
Partly. It works best used during the damaging service. As a standalone treatment on already-damaged hair it does improve strength and feel over several applications, but it cannot undo breakage or split ends — those still have to be cut.
Is there real science behind it, or is it marketing?
The chemistry is real and patented — these are genuine bond-repair molecules, not conditioners with a new name. What is thin is independent published clinical evidence; most data comes from the brands themselves. So: real mechanism, strong salon experience, limited independent proof. We would rather tell you that than overclaim.
Can it be used on hair that is not coloured?
Yes. Heat styling, chemical straightening, hard water and general wear break bonds too, so it works as a standalone strengthening treatment. The effect is less dramatic than alongside bleach, because there is less acute damage to intercept.
Can it be overused?
Yes. Too-frequent use on hair that does not need it can leave hair feeling stiff or straw-like — the classic protein-overload feel. Space standalone treatments out and watch how the hair responds rather than applying it every wash.
Do you give salon and bulk rates?
Yes. Rates from 5 pieces upward are not listed on the site — they are shared on WhatsApp only. Send us the product and the quantity and you will get a rate back, usually within 10 minutes.
How fast is delivery, and do you ship across India?
All-India delivery in 3–6 days, shipped from Delhi. Delivery is ₹120 within Delhi, ₹149 for most of India, and ₹199 for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands — free on every order above ₹4,000. Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are both available.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video and photos, and we will arrange an exchange. Please record the parcel being opened — without that video a damage or wrong-item claim cannot be processed. Products are not returnable for change of mind.
Are these genuine, and can I see the documentation?
Yes. We deal directly in these brands and can share the Safety Data Sheet, batch details and manufacturing and expiry dates for any product before you buy. Just ask on WhatsApp — for a professional buyer that is a reasonable thing to want, and we would rather you check.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Ask us for the manufacturing and expiry dates of the batch in stock before a large order. Store unopened bottles upright, cool, dark and dry, away from direct sunlight and away from the styling station — Indian summer heat genuinely degrades professional actives. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack, and discard anything that separates, thickens or changes smell.
