  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible through the website.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

📦 Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select Silkco products. Please check the individual product page for specific eligibility.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, serums, and creams must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise mentioned on the product page).
  • If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, the product must be securely self-shipped to our registered address.
  • Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • If the product is found used, damaged, or without original packaging, the refund request may be rejected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect products, customers must share clear images within 24 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

  • 🧴 Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
  • 🏷️ Products must have original packaging, seals, and tags intact.
